Dates & Hours
November 18th, 2005 - Vail Mountain Opens 5 lifts serving the Lionshead Village are scheduled to open. Check back for more details as we get closer to opening day.
November 23rd, 2005 - Additional Terrain & Lifts to Open This includes a total of 14 lifts servicing the Avanti (Chair 2) area, Mid-Vail (Chairs 3 & 4), Golden Peak (Chair 6), and Cascade Village (Chair 20).
December 9th, 2005 - Early Back Bowl Preview Sun Up and Sun Down Bowls and Game Creek Bowl open.
December 15th and 16th, 2005 - Extended Season for Blue Sky Basin and remaining bowls The remaining bowls (including China Bowl) open on December 15 and Blue Sky Basin opens on December 16th.
Vail Mountain Operating Hours November 18 - December 16, 2005 operating hours are 9:00 am - 3:30 pm Starting December 17 through closing day the mountain will open at 8:30 am Late January/Early February the mountain hours will be extended until 4:00 pm through closing day on April 23rd, 2006
